Bridgwater
With an arts centre, the town plays host to the Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival. Covering an (32,000 to 36,000 m²) 8 or 9 acre site, Bridgwater Castle was a substantial structure in Old Red Sandstone. Until the Port of Bridgwater was created in 1348, Bridgwater was part of the Port of Bristol covering 80 miles (130 km) of the Somerset coast line, from Devon border to the mouth of River Axe.
